How to React in case of a Fire or a Burglary Incident

If you are faced with a Fire incident occurring to your property, the first thing you should do is to try to put the fire down, or call the Firemen.

In case of a Burglary, the first thing to do is to call the Police and get an official Report of the incident.

In case of other Property Damages, try to safeguard your belongings as much as possible.

In all cases, please make sure to:

1. Inform Arope immediately. We will send you an Expert to inspect the incident,

2. Present a detailed Report to the Company within the next 15 days, including the Reasons and possible Causes of the incident, as well as the Nature and Estimated Value of the resulting Damages,
